There will be no refund for any reason after successful subscription to the nishadi service. There shall only be a refund if there be an “unsuccessful transaction” notification during the payment process and the user is still charged.

Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our technical support team. If you do not properly contact us during a 3 day window,you agree that we may construe silence as a successful subscription.

You can cancel your Nishadi membership at any time, and you will stop having access to the Nishadi service after your subscription end date has elapsed. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods . To cancel, click “ subscription” page and click “unsubscribe”. If you cancel your membership, your account will still be active till subscription end date, after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform. To see your accounts subscription status, click “ subscription”.

All content on or available through the Nishadi Website (including the Content) and all Nishadi interfaces created for devices including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software and its compilation (“Nishadi Interfaces”) is the property of Bilyak Consulting.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Services, Nishadi Interfaces and all Content accessed via the Services is for your personal and non-commercial use and we grant you a limited licence to access the Nishadi Website and Nishadi Interfaces and the Content for that purpose. You may not download , modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any Content or any information contained on, or obtained from, the Nishadi Website or Nishadi Interfaces or via the Services without our express written consent. Except for rights expressly granted to you, all rights in the Content are reserved by us or our licensors and your licence to the Content terminates upon breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The membership fee for our service will be billed on a monthly basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid membership. In some cases the timing of your billing may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paying membership began on a day not contained in a given month.
